Well, actually, yes! One of our simplest and healthiest chicken recipes, Salsa Chicken is one of our go-to meals when we are tight for time. As I am a pretty big fan of having salsa around for omelettes or wraps, we almost always tend to have some on hand, and as it is made almost purely of vegetables it is one of the healthiest condiments or spreads you can use! The beauty of it is that you can buy salsa pre-made at the store, or if you are into using only fresh ingredients with zero preservatives you can make your own at home!

The salsa adds a nice zing to the chicken (which can be made either more mild or spicy depending on your preferences) while also keeping it incredibly juicy on the inside!
